Includes - Choice of 08XX number (reduce the cost of your customers' calls), option to route to a mobile and international numbers, customised greeting and on-hold messages, up-to 2 configurable 'departments' (eg. 'Press 1 for..., Press 2 for...'), ability to receive 6 simultaneous calls (3 on hold).
Level 3
Includes - Choice of 08XX number, option to route to mobile and international numbers, customised greeting, on-hold and information messages (eg. 'Your call is important to us...'), up-to 10 configurable 'departments', ability to receive 5-10 simultaneous calls (5-10 on hold).
